Tickets and Registration
How many VIP tickets do I get with my Tuition-Waivers?
You received two VIP tuition-waivers when enrolling in Louis' Mastermind. Registration and materials are $498.50 total whether you come alone or bring a guest.
Can I purchase additional Tickets?
Yes, additional tickets can be purchased at the public ticket price here.
What is the Refund Policy?
If you require a refund, you must contact us no later than August 28th, 2023 (45 days before the Event).
I live outside of the United States, do you have special pricing based on our exchange rate?
No, all tickets are sold in USD.
How can I buy bulk tickets?

What is the Event schedule going to be?
- Early Registration will start on Oct. 11th around 5pm - 7pm. It will continue on the 12th before the event at 7:30am.
- Event will kick off around 9am on Oct. 12th and will conclude on Oct. 14th (typically around 6 pm or so).
- Daily schedules aren’t typically published but plan on starting around 8 am and concluding later into the evening each day.
- We do reserve the right to change this schedule at any time.
Will there be an opportunity to meet Louis Massaro?
VIP's (that's you!) will have an exclusive special lunch with a Q&A with Louis on Saturday. Due to Louis' busy schedule, he typically isn’t able to meet with attendees.
Will any meals be provided with my Event ticket?
We have 2 options for food this year. VIP's will get lunch & networking each day. Hotel guests will get a hot breakfast spread and special networking plus pre event training each day. Other than those 2 options you are responsible for your own meals.
Will all of the speakers be present at the event or will they present over zoom on tv/big screen?
We are hoping to have all speakers in person at Moving Mastery Summit, but we have learned over the last 12 months that things can change.
Will there be a conference app that we can download?
No, we do not have a conference app at this time.
Who are the speakers this year?
We will be releasing the speaker line up as we get closer to the Event.
How many People will be at this Event?
This will be our BIGGEST Moving Mastery Summit YET! Over 600+ will be in attendance
Are we allowed to record audio/video at the event?
No, recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited. We encourage you to take pictures!

Age Limitations
Is there an age limit to attend?
There is no age limit to attend. If you are under 18 years old, however, you must attend with your legal guardian.
Can I bring my baby/kids?
No, this Event is not appropriate for young children. If you have unique circumstance and you need to bring your child, please contact us by August 31 at support@louismassaro.com and we will consider your request.

Is there a VIP/Preferred seating area?
Yes! As a VIP you get Preferred seating, lunches and more!
Do you make special accommodations for those with physical limitations?
Yes. Special Early Access is available. Please reach out to support@louismassaro.com
Do Mastermind Members and Private Clients get any special benefits?
Yes, you will be automatically upgraded to a VIP Experience which includes early entrance, daily lunches with networking, special Q&A with Louis on Saturday and more!
Can I purchase an extra Early Access Tickets?
Early access is reserved for our VIP's, Private Clients, Mastermind Members and Inner Circle Members. However, additional general admission tickets may be purchased here.
Safety
What covid protocols will be in place?
We will follow the State and Hotel Guidelines/Regulations at the time of the event. More information will be provided as appropriate.
Are you going to be enforcing a mask policy?
We will be following State/City/Hotel guidelines for masks and overall safety. Our ability to host this event will be determined by following the rules and regulations at the time of the event.
Can you tell me what health and safety precautions are going to be in place?
- We will continue to analyze and make determinations on appropriate precautions.
- Masks and hand sanitizer will be available. We will also be adhering to Arizona’s and the hotel's policies and guidelines that are in place at the time of the event.
Do I need a Vaccine to attend?
We will be following covid and safety protocols. At this time, we are NOT planning on requiring attendees to have a vaccine but any health and safety related questions are subject to change.
What happens if I get sick while traveling to the Event and/ or get sick at the Event?
- If at the Event, please provide us with notice; we will send out more details closer to the Event.
- If you get sick before the Event (see above).
- If you get sick at the Event, we ask that you notify us and do not attend.
